the room was very small. It seemed like a single-person room more than anything. i ordered a city view, but there was a concrete wall right in front of MY window.

My room was freezing cold. The temperature gauge didn't work! i had to sleep in all my clothes. also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work, either.
