clean bathroom good sleep cardboard hash browns expensive room
I found the staff to be very helpful. They answered ALL my questions. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The tube station was just metres away, and bus stops too. Central city spots were easily reached from there. The room was okay. the bed, got the BEST sleep I had for a long time!
The hash browns at breakfast tasted like cardboard. The chicken sausages looked like they had seen better days.

i liked how close the hotel IS to bethnal green underground station. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The double room was very clean and also functional. staff were polite and helpful.
the room was very small. It reminded me of a single-person room more than anything. i ordered a city view, but there was a concrete wall right in front of MY window.

mixed experience with some issues
broken temperature gauge faulty coffee machine
The breakfast had a fairly standard buffet. It was acceptable and reasonably priced.
My room was freezing cold. The temperature gauge didn't work! i had to sleep in all my clothes. also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work, either.
